Terms and conditions for sale and complaints
All prices are expressed in Denars with VAT included.
In accordance with the Law on Trade, paragon-wine.mk is obliged to respect the obligations arising from this law, and therefore:
Paragon-wine.mk/ performs delivery of alcoholic beverages through its e-shop exclusively during the period from 09:00 to 16:00 on working days.
Paragon-wine.mk/ performs the sale of alcoholic beverages through its e-shop exclusively to persons older than 18 years of age.
After completing the order, you will receive an e-mail message for confirmation and details of the order.
Payment can be made in two ways:
- By payment card (MasterCard Worldwide, Visa International, Diners Club)
- Through a bank by issuing a proforma invoice
If the product is delivered to you damaged and you have comments regarding the quality of the product, please contact the manufacturer at the following e-mail address: webshop@paragon-wine.mk and if the manufacturer allows it, the product will be returned to you.
If you wish to return the product and have your money refunded, through no fault of ours, the delivery cost will be deducted from the final amount you paid, amounting to 120 Denars including VAT if the package contains up to 6 bottles, and 240 Denars including VAT if it is equal to or more than 6 bottles. If you want to return the product and have your money refunded, you are obliged to keep the product undamaged, unused, in the original packaging, along with the attached documents.
Regardless of the reasons for which you wish to replace or return the product, you must first provide us with a written statement specifying your reason at the e-mail address: webshop@paragon-wine.mk
Complaints are accepted no later than 3 days after receiving the product.
