Red Diamond – Kratošija

Kratošija is a dry red wine with a deep ruby-red color, produced from carefully selected grapes from the Tikveš wine region. Aged in new French oak barrels, it develops a complex bouquet of ripe dark fruits, enriched with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, tobacco, and fine spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with well-integrated, medium-intensity tannins that provide structure and elegance. The finish is long and harmonious, with lingering fruit and spice nuances. It pairs beautifully with roasted lamb and veal, spiced dishes, and aged cheeses.
