Red Diamond – Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine made from carefully selected grapes grown in Paragon Winery’s vineyards in the Crnilište area, Lozovo. Matured in new French oak barrels, it reveals a layered aromatic profile of roasted pepper, ripe blackberry, and black cherry, accented by hints of coffee, cinnamon, and dried Mediterranean spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with pronounced, well-structured tannins and acidity. The finish is long and intense, with fruit and spice notes that emphasize the powerful character of the variety. It pairs beautifully with roasted beef, lamb, game, and aged cheeses.
