Red Diamond – Pinot Noir

Red Diamond Pinot Noir is a dry red wine produced from carefully selected grapes grown in the vineyards of Paragon Urban Winery. Aged in new French oak barrels, it reveals aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry, layered with subtle notes of vanilla and spice. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and balanced freshness, it finishes long and elegant.  Ideal with roasted poultry, duck, mushroom dishes, and semi-soft cheeses.
