Red Diamond Merlot is a dry red wine crafted from carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes, aged in oak barrels to enhance its depth and complexity. It reveals rich aromas of ripe plum, cherry, and ripe berries, layered with refined notes of tobacco and subtle spice. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, it shows smooth, well-integrated tannins that provide structure while allowing the fruit to remain expressive. The finish is long and rounded, with lingering notes of ripe berries and delicate oak nuances. It pairs beautifully with roasted meats, lamb, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
